A. We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.
A. We ship from our factoriesuy located. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Method 1: Credit/Debit Cards Payment
Choose the debit or credit cards payment methods on the checkout page and fill in the info to complete the purchase.
Method 2: PayPal Payment
You can connect your PayPal, credit card, debit card or bank account to PayPal for purchasing products. After submitting an order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction.
PayPal Credit gives you the freedom to buy all the furniture you want today and pay it over 6 months with no interests. Approval is instant for customers who already have a PayPal account.
How to use PayPal Credit:
1. Select PayPal at the checkout.
2. Log into your PayPal account.
3. Click on "Apply Now" on the PayPal Credit banner.
4. Get approval on your order.
5. Confirm the delivery address.
6. Set your repayment schedule.
A. If you pay by credit card, your payment may be refused by our system at checkout to avoid possible credit card fraud. You can contact your credit card company and let them know about your purchase so that placing the order again will not be refused. If you have not yet purchased, calling your credit card company or bank before the purchase can also prevent a refusal.
