First-class Craftsmanship
Leafhold's manager had been a quality manager for a top furniture company for 8 years. Most of its export orders are extremely demanding, and quality control is a top priority. Raw materials are inspected to prevent poorly controlled drying of solid wood materials that could lead to cracking of the furniture in future. The production process is tracked to avoid errors in the assembly process.
This is a principle that has remained with Leafhold since its creation.
Producing environmentally friendly and odourless furniture is not something that can be achieved in a small workshop, and this process places high demands on furniture manufacturers. The demands are:
- The furniture manufacturer's production must comply with national environmental standards.
- A clean room that meets national environmental regulations.
- Professional equipment & quality-minded staff & standardised processes.

A Lifelong Companion
To produce high quality and eco-friendly furniture, Leafhold must be strictly selected and crafted in materials, paints, and other aspects.

Material
Leafhold uses the world's high quality woods, strictly adhering to the principles of environmental protection, nature and durability, and selects North American white oak and North American cherry wood that meet the special FAS grade standard to ensure environmental protection and the best touch of the product.
Coating
In order to make the furniture without pungent smell, we do not hesitate to exceed 3-5 times the input cost of our peers and choose top-grade coating, which does not contain formaldehyde and does not evaporate toxic odor. This results in furniture that is free of pungent smell, can be installed and used immediately, and also prevents water and oil stains from invading into the wood.
Craftsmanship
Strictly follow the standard process of export process, after repeated sanding and spraying again and again, with efficient air purification treatment, controlling humidity, temperature and consuming more drying time. Using a clean workshop that meets the national environmental regulations, we get a desktop that feels as delicate as satin.

Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery of the product.
Customers may reject a package due to significantly shipping damage (functionally affecting using) or contact customer service for missing and critically-damaged parts or other quality-related issues. Our customer service team will always be at your service.
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.
3. For us to better understand the problem and solve it effectively, photos and videos are REQUIRED as evidence. Leafhold will contact the customer via email with the result of the return/refund request within 2 working days of receiving the request.
4. Send the item back to us through the local post office. If you need to deal with the returned package urgently, please contact our customer service and provide the waybill number of the returned package.
5. We will process your return within 7 working days after receiving the package.
Note: We do not accept returned items that are sent back directly without prior notice. Any address on the package is not approved as a return address. No refund will be given for packages returned without a return address authorized by the customer service representative. We do not provide freight collection (FTC) services for returned packages. We are here to help, but we cannot correct a situation we know nothing about. If you need to return or exchange the goods, please contact us in advance, and our service specialist will contact you to formulate a solution.

If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.
If the return is initiated by the customer for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Shipping charges for returns vary by product or carrier. The customer can only be charged one shipping fee (including returns), no handling fees will be charged to consumers for returns and no product restocking fees.
Refunds
- After receiving and checking your return, we will send you a receipt notice via email. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund.
- Refunds for the returned items will be processed in 1-3 business days after we receive your package.
- Refunds automatically credit the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within one week.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. A. We don't charge sales tax presently, but there may be changes in the later period according to the actual situation.
Q. How do I cancel an order?
A. We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.
Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our factoriesuy located. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
